Laura Park Figueroa, PhD, OTR/L is the founder of Outdoor Kids OT, Inc., a nature-based pediatric occupational therapy practice, and Therapy in the Great Outdoors, LLC, an online multi-disciplinary resource hub for nature-based pediatric therapists. Her PhD research focused on developing a theory to explain the mechanisms of change at work in nature-based pediatric therapy.
