After being diagnosed with an aggressive autoimmune disease, Laurel turned her health around by changing her diet, focusing on a whole food based, nutrient dense approach. Noticing the clean baking scene had a void, she teamed up with her Claire Thomas in 2015 and Sweet Laurel was born. Laurel lives in Santa Monica, CA with her husband Nick and two boys, Nico and Cal.
